friendly staff excellent service

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the landscaping was well maintained. the pool and rooms looked amazing. the food and service were excellent. I found this very satisfying.

I think the resort should use native plants instead of tropical plants. Tropical plants need a lot of water. pools were filled with fresh water rather than sea water.

The staff were always well-informed and helpful. They made perfect small talk. they handled all requests effectively. sopia, the operations manager, was especially friendly and helpful. I really appreciated it.

The resort has buggies for transportation. This is a nice touch. detox waters are available at the bar. a saxophonist plays during dinner. there is a kids club available. My children really liked it.

Breakfast includes great variety. the food was AMAZING!!! two restaurants offer top-quality meals. complimentary sugar-free pancakes were prepared each morning. thirst-quenching detox waters were constantly available. This was very convenient.

The hotel is close to the city. the port is nearby. It offers many restaurants and shopping options. a walk into town is around 30 minutes. i enjoyed walking along the beach road.
